1. The date of the event is considered “booked” upon receipt of a 50% deposit (none refundable) of the total value of the order plus delivery charges.

3. Preferred method of payment: PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, CASH or Local Check made out to "Samantha Dawson".

4. Returned checks will be charged a $100 fee.

Liability

1. Luna Cakes is not responsible for bodily injury, property or consequential damages that may result from services.

2. Luna Cakes is not responsible for any damages to the cake, or shortage of cake caused by anyone NOT employed by Luna Cakes.

Fulfillment Of Agreement 

1. Luna Cakes is not responsible for any delay or inability to deliver based on accidents, natural disasters, transportation issues, inclement weather, illness, death, delay in supplies, or any other circumstances out of Luna Cakes control.

2. If Luna cakes has completed an order, but it can't be delivered due to uncontrollable circumstances, the client will be refunded 50% of total cost.

3. If client picks up order, Luna cakes no longer accepts any responsibility for damanges to the cake.

Postponement/Cancellation 

The client must notify Luna Cakes if there is a postponement or cancellation at least a week beforehand.

Postponement may be rescheduled if able, I will work around my calendar to accommodate to the best of my ability.

If full cancellation deposits are none refundable. Monies payed towards service will be kept as credits and used at a later date.

Changes to order

1. Any changes must be submitted at least a week prior to event.

2. No changes will be allowed 3 days or less prior to event.

Design

1. Luna Cakes will follow the client's request closely to create the cake/cupcake/cookie desired.

2. Luna Cakes CANNOT duplicate an EXACT copy of another cake artists work, but will ensure the look is similar in design.

Serving Amount & Sizes

1. Serving size estimations are not guaranteed to be exact.

2. Luna Cakes is not responsible for shortage of cake if pieces are cut too large.
